Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. We may update prices at any time; the price shown at the time of order placement applies to that order.
Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion, including for reasons such as stock limits, pricing or content errors, or suspected fraud. We may contact you for verification before acceptance.
You may request cancellation prior to dispatch by contacting support@naturalessence.com. Once shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Payment Methods (Pakistan)
We currently accept:
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available nationwide in Pakistan.
Bank Transfer – Meezan Bank (details at checkout), Easypaisa and JazzCash.
For bank transfers, please share your payment proof/transaction ID to confirm your order. Orders may be held or canceled if payment is not verified within a reasonable time.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
If a parcel is marked delivered by the courier but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Generally, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging (hygiene restrictions apply).
Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order ID.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the stated timelines.
Promotions, Vouchers & Gift Offers
Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to specific terms (validity period, usage limits, product eligibility). We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
