Return & Refund Policy

At Natural Essence, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

    • Opened personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items:

  1. Email us at contact@naturalessence.com.pk within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We will assess your request and, if approved, offer you a free replacement or a full refund—your choice.

3. How to Request a Refund

For eligible returns, follow these steps:

  • Contact us at contact@naturalessence.com.pk with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, ship the product back using a tracked shipping method. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier and keeping your return tracking details safe.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of your refund approval.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

Need a different product?

  • You can request an exchange for products of equal or lesser value.

  • If your replacement costs more, we’ll provide a secure payment link for the difference.

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns—contact us to begin.

6. Refund Denial

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse.

  • Items are not returned in original condition.

  • Return is requested after the 7-day return window.
